Vice President, Incentives & Recognition 

After starting her career at BI, Janet joined MotivAction in 1996 with the challenge of expanding our core products and solutions. During her 20 year career, she's held leadership positions in all areas of our business including product development, sales, marketing, client services and operations-leading teams that brought many product innovations to the industry.

Janet was instrumental in the development of MotivAction's employee recognition practice and contributes thought leadership to our clients and the marketplace through speaking, workshops and articles. She is also a member of Recognition Professionals International and the Incentive Marketing Association (Recognition Council) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
