So when one of the largest financial institutions in the world needed to connect with their employees they knew they could bank on MotivAction.
The Great Recession made the mortgage lending business messy and more restrictive.
Our client needed a new way to train its lending team to better understand new processes and procedures. The challenge was old learning methods and communication channels were proving inefficient and ineffective. They needed an innovative way to re-engage employees and have a little fun.
The Answer Was the Question
To build awareness and increase engagement, MotivAction created the “question of the day,” an informative and fun quiz game for employees to integrate learning into their regular routine. Participation was not mandatory. For a six-week period, employees could elect to play, competed against their peers and could earn points and prizes with some surprise opportunities mixed in to make things more interesting. The more they participated, the more opportunities they earned to win.

• Nearly 75% of registered employees answered 80% of the daily questions
