Fortune 100 Health Care Corporation wanted to keep annual incentive program costs flat and increase program content for four consecutive years.

MotivAction’s experienced Purchasing Manager put her knowledge and relationships to work as she negotiated four years of hotel contracts within a hotel brand, in four different countries. The negotiations were further enhanced by other programs MotivAction contracted within the hotel brand simultaneously, which lead to more favorable hotel contract terms for all clients. Spanning the globe from the United States, Canada, Mexico and all the way to Monte Carlo, MotivAction negotiated an average yearly savings of $153,599.00 for the client. This savings allowed the client to put the money back into the program in the form of content enhancements and WOW events!
