Grow with one arm of the company and help them expand their annual regional Summit events. As this process began, the needs of their Summit events changed, and the direction from leadership grew and evolved.


MotivAction developed four Regional Summits across three cities servicing two area regions at each event. We partnered with preferred service partners in each city to offer overall program savings and a consistent participant experience across all four events. The regional summits welcomed new members into the larger company landscape, immersing and engaging participants in an itinerary that would strengthen relationships and create lasting professional bonds. The end result was networking, entertainment, sponsor engagement, and a #purplecity brought to life through extensive branding.
